Check-in time
Check-in time usually starts from 2:00 PM (this can be adjusted according to hotel policy).
A valid official ID (national ID, residence permit, or passport) is required.
The inmate must be 18 years of age or older , or accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Check-out time
Departure time is usually 12:00 noon .
The hotel reserves the right to charge a late departure fee.
According to the Saudi Ministry of Tourism:
The minimum stay between arrival and departure times must be 20 hours , and these times are clearly specified in the booking document.
Late arrival does not change the scheduled departure time.
Booking and Payment
The hotel requires full payment or a deposit to confirm the booking (depending on the type of booking).
Payment is accepted in cash, or via Mada card, Visa, or Mastercard.
